Top Down Command Structure News Today

From people who say they witnessed it. >> im not saying it didnt happen. but heres the thing, if it did happen, it sort of fits. i may not have been the best communications director, only lasted 11 days, i have run two reasonable sized businesses and i know how to evaluate talent. when you put a team together, you have to have like a level of collaboration. cant just be a top down command structure. not going to work in a civilian organization. if you are pushing people around like that though, ...
