The office of Minority and Women Business Development of Go Topeka hosted its first pitch contest in November with nine participants and four awardees

The original Black Power Ranger will reprise that role in a fan film being created by established Topeka performer Dané Shobe. Shobe is joining forces to create that film, titled "Black," with Walter Emanuel Jones, the first actor to play Black Power Ranger Zack Taylor in the 1990s "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" TV series.
