Los angeles. all right. so miss megyn basically said look, the statute in maryland of intentional infliction of emotional abuse is a high statute. the court ruled it didnt get there. and precedent in appeal the legal, the loser pays the court costs and thats why they imposed that on the snyder family. i disagree on both counts. i know they had discretion. the judge could say have done anything they wanted on court costs. i do believe if thats not intentional emotional distress, nothing is. it do...
