An American man was rescued by a woman after he was seen wandering at a Medellín mall after he was allegedly drugged and robbed.

The GoFundMe says Medellín law enforcement has arrested four of the five suspects involved in the murder, and the family of Xiong has retained a lawyer to "ensure those responsible are held accountable."

Prosecutors in Colombia announced last week that three people were arrested and charged in Xiong's death.

The slaying of Tou Ger Xiong, a comedian from Minnesota, was one of at least eight “suspicious deaths” in November and December, the U.S. Embassy said.

Tou Ger Xiong’s family is feeling relieved after learning four people are in custody for the kidnapping and slaying of the popular Hmong comedian and activist.

Tou Ger Xiong’s funeral is scheduled for this weekend, Saturday through Monday, January 27-29, at Legacy Funeral Home in St. Paul.
