Know. Steve . Reporter yes, were entering a third hour of the eastbound lanes shutdown. And as we get further into the morning, traffic is building, and making the situation for commuters a lot worse. Because 5 00 a. M. Really starts to build up the morning rush hour around philadelphia and this may be the busiest rode through philadelphia. What happened was on the eastbound lanes, around 3 00 this white acura being driven by a woman got into a collision with one of two motorcyclists riding close together. The other cyclist, witness, is the man you see right along the median here, and maybe in the dark you can make out hes wearing Harley Davidson jacket. And hes 31 years old. And he called his father right away, and we got some information from what he told his father secondhand that they were riding, nothing unusual, and this car hit his friends.
