Taking up new managerial roles within the outfit, the new appointments are a strong reflection of the positive growth the company has achieved in recent months and years, and is in alignment with the ongoing development plans for the business. The move follows the appointment of Emma Damerell as the company’s head of marketing only last month, with whom Playtime PR will work hand-in-hand to deliver new strategic PR support for both the Hape and Skip Hop brands. The partnership will also work to support Toynamics’ UK plans for Nebulous Stars and Nanoblocks. “We have very high hopes for the business in 2021 and Emma has been busy shaking up our marketing plans for the year to ensure we pull out all the stops,” said David Allan, MD, Toynamics UK and Ireland.

She will be spearheading the marketing strategy across all of Toynamics portfolio.  Meanwhile, Sweetman (left) has previously worked with Tomy and will be focused on growing and developing Toynamics portfolio of national accounts.
