Chevrolet is looking to build market share in the compact CUV segment with a more chiseled look and better value based on standard features.

Toyota has improved its small Corolla Cross SUV, making it a unique hybrid player in the game—at least until Honda or Nissan launch something similar.

It’s not a sporty vehicle, but the hybrid version of Toyota’s CUV-ified Corolla has an unexpectedly fun, energetic personality.
