New Britain-based accounting and advisory services firm Mugford & DiBella LLC is expanding operations with the acquisition of Fasulo & Albini CPAs of Plainville. In a statement, Mugford & DiBella said certified public accountants Michael Fasulo and Marlene Albini, together with administrative assistant Tracey Mindlin, will join the firm while retaining and continuing to serve their existing clients. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
