Reactor is en route to the worlds largest reprocessing plant in england. it makes a routine rail journey through the heart of london. the train approaches a half-mile long tunnel north of the city center. in the darkness, a badly maintained track buckles, derailing the train. fortunately the protective flasks are intact. but before the trains crew can raise the alarm, a fright train laden with oil rumbles into the tunnel, plowing head-on into the derailed train. a spark ignites the spilled fuel.
