Raw) and Fridays ( Smackdown) is pretty rough to watch these days thanks to bad creative. The talent is excellent, but the story lines stink. However, if you’re an old-school wrestling fan, these are the glory days when it comes to wrestling documentaries. There are two docuseries running now that are both a must-watch for wrestling fans. Vice is currently in the middle of airing the third season of the outstanding Dark Side of the Ring is not associated with the WWE in any way, so it explor...

Trae Young took a bow, Reggie Miller mocked Spike Lee as Hawks eliminated Knicks from 2021 NBA playoffs.

Joel Embiid goes all Degeneration X after scoring wild bucket.

On the latest episode of the Calm Down With Erin and Charissa podcast, Charissa Thompson recounted the most Larry David story you can imagine; it was about the Curb Your Enthusiasm star bumping into the greatest quarterback of all time. You really need to hear Thompson tell the story to get the full effect and the Larry imitation, but I’ll give a few details. The story took place a few years ago at the Kentucky Derby. It involves Thompson and David, who are close friends, getting into an el...

May 12, 2021 1. We told you in Tuesday’s Traina Thoughts that Kenny Mayne is set to leave ESPN because he couldn’t come to terms with the company on a new contract after being asked to take a pay cut. The Athletic’s Richard Deitsch spoke to Mayne, who spilled the details on that pay cut. According to Mayne, ESPN wanted to cut his salary by a whopping 61%. I’m sure ESPN is thrilled Mayne is getting into specifics. Especially when Mayne is supposed to work through May 24. He also said ES...

Having said that, Im still dismayed to see just how messed up everything is right now. ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit sent this harmless tweet Thursday night. Herbstreit did not tell anyone to get the vaccine. He did not ask anyone to get the vaccine. He didn’t suggest anyone get the vaccine. He simpl...

The newly retired Patriot announced Wednesday hes joining the cast of Inside the NFL for the 2021 season. Edelman’s decision to start his media career on a smaller show is a smart move. I don’t know if the former receiver wants to eventually ca...

So it shouldn’t be a surprise that he was able to hold his own while virtually hanging with Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal for a few minutes in a video about the importance of getting the COVID-19 vaccine. What was surprising, though, was how much chemistry the men had and how President Obama fit right in with NBA legends. When Obama first joined the chat, he said, “So, I’m playing K...

. Tough week for Alex Rodriguez. And now the New York Post reports that ESPN was disappointed A-Rod didnt give them the scoop that he was teaming up with ex-Walmart executive Marc Lore to buy the Timberwolves. In a rarity for a big NBA news story, it was originally broken by The Athletic, not Adrian Wojnarowski. New York Post, the outlet saw a text message from one of A-Rods people to another team member thatread (sic): “Hi guys—we should save something for ESPN [instead of giving it t...
