Railway infrastructure copper thief arrested
The operations to root out copper thieves are still ongoing in the province. This is followed by an operation that was conducted yesterday afternoon by the police officers deployed at Prasa/Transnet Stabilisation Project. The team was patrolling along Park Rynie Railway line when they noticed a male busy digging and pulling copper cable near the bushes. The suspect was then approached and was placed under arrest.
