The island of Hawai‘i vacation rental supply was 209,100 available unit nights (+26.1% vs. 2022, -4.6% vs. 2019) in September. Unit demand was 93,100 unit nights (+12.0% vs. 2022, -27.2% vs. 2019), resulting in 44.5% occupancy (-5.6 percentage points vs. 2022, -13.8 percentage points vs. 2019) with ADR at $214 (-4.9% vs. 2022, +46.6% vs. 2019). Hawai‘i Island hotels reported ADR at $373 and occupancy of 66.4%.
