I know i was looking at the slide in what areas of need, but it seems like when you cant help some participants, its due to cost reimbursement and not necessarily due to capacity. The first is the assisted Living Program and this is Mental Health driven. You have to have a Mental Health diagnosis but doesnt many you dont have Substance Use.
