It happened just after 3 00 this afternoon when police say the sponded to a report of a car into ag at the consulate on gearyrd. Abc seven News Reporter j. R. Stone spoke to a witness and joins us live with the latest. J. R. Ahmed, this section of geary boulevard outside of the chinese consulate has been roped off with this yellow crime scene tape now for many hours as investigators are busy at work. I just talked with the man by the name of sergey who was inside when that car came crashing into the consulate. He said that he was just there trying to get his visa. So he can go visit china. Now, i do want to go straight to some of the video that he shot earlier. People running for cover after the car crashed into the consulate. Sergey tells me chairs went flying and the man driving got out yelling a curse and looking for the, quote, ccp, which is the abbrevia
