In the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, Talia Crawford individually and as a parent and natural guardian of Darren Crawford, a minor, has filed a lawsuit against Treetop Development LLC, The Aspen Companies LLC, Benjamin B. Banneker Plaza LLC (also known as Benjamin Banneker Plaza Associates), TT MLK LLC, John Doe Maintenance Company (1-3), and John Doe Maintenance Supervisor (1-2).
