The Golden Triangle Regional Airport collaborated with six hotels, several restaurants, and numerous airline services to create a safe outlet for travelers to use.

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WTVA) - The Golden Triangle Regional Airport, like many airports across the country, has seen a decline in the number of people using airlines to travel.
Mike Hainsey is the executive director of the Golden Triangle Regional Airport.
He said prior to the pandemic, the airport offered four flights daily at 90% capacity; however, since the coronavirus, the crew limited flights to two or three a day.
