Very Cold Baby Found By Dog Walker Discharged to Foster Parents, Named Her After 'Frozen's ' Elsa
A newborn baby found in a shopping bag, named Elsa on the streets of east London has been placed in foster care after a hospital stay. Discovered in sub-zero temperatures by a dog walker in East Ham, the baby was inside a shopping bag and wrapped in a towel.
