Lines because the water lines were broken. All they could do is evacuate the neighbors here and then just wait for water to fight the fire. I dont think napa county or napa is prepared for a disaster at all. So but who really is . Unfortunately, we did have a major water main break just outside the mobile home park, which really complicated the firefight. We resulted, ended up going to get water tenders in to provide engines for the firefight. So it made things a little bit more difficult for us. And even once they did get here with the water tenders, they didnt immediately put water on the homes that were clearly going to burn to the ground anyway. They wanted to save it in case the fire spread to some of the adjacent homes they were trying to protect. At this point as we stand here, at this hour, still no water, no electricity for many of these folks.
