Two Wicklow women driven from their homes due to deafening excavation noise
Two Wicklow women have been temporarily rehoused at the Arklow Bay Hotel due to the “ear-splitting” noise from work on the Arklow Waste Water Treatment that has rocked their houses to the foundations.
