USF Police are investigating what led to the first on-campus homicide in nearly two decades after a 61-year-old man was found dead in a university parking lot over the weekend.

The duo stabbed the 61-year-old man and stole his pickup truck after he agreed to give them a ride to the bus depot, police say.

Investigators say two men are connected to the death of a Tampa man at a University of South Florida parking lot on Saturday morning.
