Prosecutors allege that four members of a national street gang beat and then executed another member of their gang and left her body in York County, Virginia.

Deputies say someone kidnapped Ty'osha Mitchell from Richmond before shooting her multiple times on Old Williamsburg Road.

According to an update from the York-Puquoson Sheriff's Office, Donnisha Goodman, 27, turned herself in and was arrested in Portsmouth on Monday.

The York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office has obtained warrants for Donnisha Goodman, 27, on charges of second-degree murder and conspiracy to commit a felony stemming from the shooting death of 25-year-old Tyosha Mitchell.

A jogger found Ty'osha Mitchell shot dead on the side of the road in York County on May 6. Deputies are now looking for Donnisha Goodman in connection to her murder.
