Meanwhile, the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) officials have placed blame on the BWSSB for the delay in their work. “The BWSSB had initially promised to complete the task of laying underground sanitary lines within 15 days, but it ended up taking over three months.
