Thats important to us in regards to having a union because it does give us very limited protection for those union folks to go out and talk on behalf of our officers and agents and let the american public know whats going on. because ill tell you right now, if one of our officers goes out and speaks publicly thats not in a union capacity, they will be fired immediately. so its a really tricky business for us to try to get the word out to the american public. >> you are doing the right thing by l...
