Only one lane open for another hour and a half. Looks like we are seeing some delays as a result. And we do have roadwork northbound 880 between 29th and 23rd. Left lanes closed until 6 00. Right now traffic is light along the nimitz and looks like we are starting to see a few brake lights westbound 580 out of tracy. In a matter of hours the city of San Francisco will file a lawsuit against the academy of art. The city is accusing the school of unfair business practices. At issue the schools more than 40 locations spread throughout the city. Many of them are at historic properties. The problem, the school rarely gets permits to convert them into classrooms and dorms. Fines have been issued, then put on hold multiple times over the past 10 years, possibly millions of dollars. But so far the universitys owner dr. Elisa stevens hasnt paid anything.
