Mukesh Khurana, the promoter of Rudra Buildwell Homes, was arrested on Monday as part of legal proceedings for the recovery of dues from the group, a senior official said.

As per the new agreement between Devaika Gold Homz and the allottee, the allottee will pay Rs. 2.50 lakh to promoter and get handover the unit will all amenities in the agreement for sale.

Developers must consider carpet area as the actual area of the unit/apartment and pay the promoter accordingly.

Sale of units/ apartments on this basis will be considered illegal and according to the provisions of RERA Act, buying and selling of apartments is legal only on the basis of carpet area, said the UP RERA.
