The Supreme Court on Thursday refused to interfere with the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) order and allowed Supertechs promoters to raise funds on a priority funding basis and complete the projects.

All the necessary arrangements have been made by the Residents Welfare Association (RWA) to conduct the demolition of Supertechs twin 40-storey towers in its Emerald project in Noida scheduled on August 28.

The Supreme Court on Monday assured that it will protect the interest of homebuyers in Supertechs twin tower in view of the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) appointed in the insolvency proceedings against the real estate company.
