THE first of this weeks nostalgia photos shows a sunny, carefree scene of Wycliffe College students swimming and canoeing by the college’s former boat house, in 1926. The boat house was located beside the Stroudwater Canal near Stonehouse, close to Upper Mills Bridge. It fell into disrepair after the canal became unnavigable.
