Venues throughout Kerry hosted Bewley’s-sponsored ‘Big Coffee Morning Social for Hospice’ events last week, and West Kerry was no exception to that.

A Kerry football jersey that was signed by last year’s All-Ireland winning Kerry team and now hangs in the snug in Curran’s pub on Main Street was worth over €15,000 to Kerry Hospice when it was raffled at the end of a marathon ticket-selling campaign organised and run by Mary Devane from Lios Póil.
