A THIEF who said he had his cocaine use under wraps, got the chance to spend Christmas away from prison after he received a suspended sentence yesterday.
But Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes warned him he had that time to clean up his act and enrol in the outpatient clinic at the Psychiatric Hospital.
Jamal Amal Skeete, 32, of no fixed place of abode, pleaded guilty to entering Ursuline Convent School, between December 5 and 7, and stealing a lock, umbrella, a pair of gloves and a pruner, all valued $69, belonging to Francois Jean-Baptiste.
