Less than a year after releasing Disintegration, Halo co-creator Marcus Lehto is shutting down his fledgling indie studio.

Disintegration Developer V1 Interactive Announces Closure V1 Interactive, the studio behind last years release of Disintegration, announced that it will cease to operate as of today.
