Lithium Ionic Corp. announces that its Brazilian-based wholly owned subsidiary, MGLIT Empreendimentos Ltda., has entered into a binding share purchase agreement with Exotic Mineração Ltda. pursuant to which MGLIT has the option to acquire up to a 100% equity interest in Vale Do Lítio Mineração Ltda.
