Sara Police Barracks with more on violent crash, jess. Jessica we got information from the state police in the last hour. Wrongway driver driving east on westbound side of the highway when he hit two cars and injured four people. The wrongway driver, a was killed in this crash. Now, the highway cleared around 3 45 this morning but before that traffic was backed up for several hours. People getting out of cars and Walking Around on the highway and happened on westbound side of the road before exit for 495 and did take up all three lanes of traffic.
