With sea water. booms like this would have to be picked up in the event of an vaning storm. there are miles of it along the beaches and also out in the water itself. they wont be able to collect all of it. those booms, soaked with oil, could then wash ashore on beaches like this one or into the marshes themselves and that would create an even bigger mess that people would have to clean up once the storm passes through. we want to show you some aerials that were shot by one of our photographers a...
