Ste'fen Baulkman was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, manslaughter and driving without a license in the March 25 car crash that claimed the life of his younger brother.

A 13-year-old died after a car crashed into a house in Chicopee in March, police said. The driver was the boy's brother, records show.

“But Da’Vant lived a life that was full. He lived a life that people, at the age of 70, don’t touch as many people as Da’Vant has touched,” his cousin said.

As flames grew, Peter Lucia saved his brother and tried to save a 13-year-old boy. A GoFundMe is raising money to help the "unsung hero."

The crash happened early Saturday morning when a car with four teens inside crashed into the side of a house.
