A graveside service for Larry Lousig-nont, who died on February 23rd, will be held at 2pm on Saturday, April 23rd at Maple Hill Cemetery with full military rites provided by the Anthony Wayne Post #176 American Legion and the Wayne County Post #4535 VFW. Family and friends are asked to go directly to the cemetery. The Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Lex Hodges, 79 of Fairfield, passed away at 9:46 AM, Monday, January 30, 2022, at his home. Born on November 16, 1942, in Wayne County to Bill and Bertha (Paul) Hodges, he had worked in the oilfield and been a truck driver. Lex is survived by his wife Connie Hodges of Fairfield, daughter Amy Burwell of Tennessee, 2 granddaughters, 1 great granddaughter, sister Lyndall Ewing of Fairfield, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 10 brothers and sisters. Graveside services for Lex will be held at 1 PM on Monday, February 7th at Union Cemetery. There will be no visitation, and everyone is asked to go directly to the cemetery. Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
