Eldora Ann Recksiedler, 95, of Duluth passed away at Diamond Willow Lester Park on February 15, 2024. She was born to Albert and Natalia (Mantie) Recksiedler and grew up near Morris, Manitoba in Canada. She taught in two country schools as well as in Selkirk Manitoba. Eldora was an elementary teacher in Detroit Lakes and Montevideo before moving to Duluth. Dr. Mark Charles Bergquist, age 63, of Superior, WI, went home to be with the Lord on Nov. 17, 2023 at Ecumen after fighting a courageous battle against lymphoma. He was born in Detroit Lakes, MN and is survived by his mother, Verna Bergquist, son Caleb Bergquist, sister Nancy Bergquist, his niece and nephew, Max and Bailey Weidner, and Pat Goodman, his significant other.
