Restoration of old quilt a labour of love
The wellness clinic held Dec. 9, lasted longer than usual, so must have had a good turnout. Bridge was played at the Pioneer Hall on the afternoon of Dec. 8, with top score going to Donna Scherman and Margaret Dyck. Second were Vern Iverson and Linda Ard. The evening of Dec. 10, top score was earned by Margaret Dyck and Dave Creegan. In second were Jean Lawes and Fraser Glen. Three of my girls have been home recently and all got to help with the renovation of a quilt I made 23 years ago. ...
