Oksana Baulina, a Russian journalist with the investigative media outlet The Insider, was killed when Russian troops shelled a residential neighbourhood in Kyiv, the Ukrainian capital, the media outlet said on Wednesday. The International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) and the European Federation of Journalists (EFJ) once again condemn the Russian armys shelling of civilian targets.
