The recorder was activated and police found nine separate videos involving close to 30 students that were unknowingly being filmed. He filmed both men and women going to the bathroom and they were being filmed when they were using the facility. And he was also up skirting customers at the cvs where he worked in broomall. He placed the camera underneath where the candy was stored and it was focused on ladies wearing skirts and doing similar stuff while a senior at cardinal ohare a, stooming in on girls gym shorts or underwear.
