The Salinas Police Department's Violence Suppression Task Force has made an arrest of two suspected gang members they say were manufacturing firearms with a 3D printer.

Salinas Police along with the Violence Suppression Task Force served a search warrant on Alder Street in Hollister that led to the arrest of Israel Villa, 44, Wednesday.

Officers were in Hollister to serve a search warrant when a drug deal went down in front of them.

In January the VSTF team issued seven search warrants and found 65,500 M30 Fentanyl Pills, 215 grams of methamphetamine and 12 guns.
