The Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCEZONE) announced on Tuesday inking a land usufruct contract of 65,000-square-meter area with the Turkish company of Eroglu Egypt for ready-made clothes at investments worth $40 million .

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly said that the National Investment Forum is due to convene in the first half of 2024, a step which affirms the State's commitment to implementing its economic reform program and enhance the role of the private sector in economic activities along with putting into effect the State Ownership Policy Document.

Head of the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE) Walid Gamal Eldin said that the SCZONE seeks to provide many incentives, including reducing port, anchorage and pilotage fees imposed on all container ships as per the total tonnage of the ship and the number of containers.
