Warmer Than Average News Today

Extended precipitation and temperatures outlooks for the United States have been released by the Climate Prediction Center. They include the months of April, May, and June.

Expect warmer than average temperatures as we enter the first full week of December. Warmth continues to cultivate through next weekend.

West Michigan is in for a warm-up over the next few days. High temperatures could top 5 to 10 degrees warmer than average.

Mother Nature wants to remind West Michigan that summer isn't over, quite yet! Temperatures Sunday are expected to rise to the upper 80s with some communities near I-94 making a run at 90°.

The Climate Prediction Center releases a daily update to the temperature and precipitation outlook for the following two weeks. The January 8 update featured an outlook for Jan. 15 through Jan. 21.
