Put down 15 inches of rain, it has to go somewhere, it goes into your rivers. every icon you see is either at moderate or major flood level and they will continue to tries. the reason being, while the storm is not a huge wind maker it has an on shore flow so were not worried about storm surge, there are no warning, no watches for that, but what it is doing is creating a cork, where that water cannot exit from the delta or bayou. it just back up and backs up. flooding for a few for days, the it w...
