The warrants stemmed from an April 22 incident in which FHP troopers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle that had failed to yield while traveling westbound on Interstate 10 in Walton County.  The driver, later identified as Dumas, refused to stop and a pursuit ensued. During the pursuit, Dumas intentionally rammed FHP vehicles and avoided several attempts by the troopers to end the pursuit, OCSO reported.  The pursuit continued into Oklaoosa County, where the Sheriff’s Office...
