The kidnapping of Gqeberha biokineticist Riana Pretorius was a meticulously planned crime, carried out by professionals with ties to a much larger criminal syndicate.

One of the accused in the Riana Pretorius kidnapping case hinted in court by means of an affidavit that Pretorius herself may be linked to her own kidnapping.

One of the men accused of kidnapping Riana Pretorius made a startling allegation in the city’s magistrate’s court during his formal bail application, suggesting the Gqeberha-based biokineticist had been involved in her own abduction.

The two suspects arrested in connection with the kidnapping of Nelson Mandela Bay biokineticist, Riana Pretorius, appeared in the Gqeberha Magistrate's Court again today, April 5 for their formal bail application to commence.
