Occur from time to time. generally they dont create any kind of situation that would be alarming. however, this one was unique. i want to stress the fact that it was unique, very, very rare situation. maintenance normally catches these when theyre terribly small and not any event. remember randi, theres at least one hole in the airplane all the time. thats the hole that we hose the outflow valve. that valve oscillates back and forth and controls from the cockpit to provide for apprecia pressuriz...
