With expanding effective investment key to stabilizing China's economic recovery this year, State-owned enterprises are ramping up efforts on key infrastructure projects nationwide.

The 110-kilovolt Baimajing Substation in the High-tech Zone of Kunshan, Jiangsu province, successfully delivered power recently, marking the completion of the power supporting project of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 11 and the whole electrification of the trans-provincial subway line from the downtown of Suzhou to the downtown of Shanghai.

Suzhou's new metro Line 11, which will connect downtown Suzhou with Shanghai, will soon be put into operation.
