Eduardo Ortiz has an extensive professional career of more than 20 years in the hotel industry, during this time he has held leadership positions in hotels located in Mexico, Thailand, Brazil, Guam and Peru. During his career he has participated in important projects such as the reopening of The Ritz Carlton St. Thomas, the opening of The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, Puerto Rico, the conversion of the current JW Marriott Panama and a task force in the area of Food and Beverage at The Ritz Carlton Reserve Zadun.His beginnings date back to 2000 with the opening of the JW Marriott Hotel Lima, where he served as supervisor of the Food and Beverage area. Later, in 2006, he moved to Mexico to take the position of restaurant and bar manager at the Marriott Casa Magna Puerto Vallarta. Two years later, in 2008, he began a new professional challenge on the other side of the world, in Asia, where he served as Food and Beverage Director at the Renaissance Koh Samui Resort & Spa in Thailand. &
Luis Barboza s 25-year history in the hospitality industry brings experience in a variety of brands and properties. During his career, he has held leadership positions such as Sales Management for Orient Express hotels in Peru. Later, as General Manager of the Sonesta Posadas del Inca Cusco and Sonesta Posadas del Inca Yucay hotels, in the Cusco region. In 2007 Luis Barboza moved to southern Peru to work as manager of the Libertador Hotel Lake Titicaca.After two years, in 2009, Lu is settled in Lima, the Peruvian capital, where he assumed the role of Director of Operations of Intursa Hotels, leading the operational leadership of seven brand properties in the Marriott International portfolio, three of them part of The Luxury Collections. During that period he participated in remodeling projects in two of the hotels and in the transition from Palacio de Inka to a Luxury Collection Hotel in 2009.In 2015, the executive assumes the position of general manager of The Westin Lima Hotel &
