BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn. — The Sullivan County Commission voted Thursday to adopt a redevelopment plan and tax increment financing for a new dealership in Kingsport.

Westside Inn residents in Kingsport have until April 19 to face eviction, agreement states. Resolution ironed out in Judge Ray Conkins court.
