After facing global outage, Instagram down again - Downdetector revealed on Twitter that more than 20,000 incidents have been reported by people about facing issues with Facebook and Instagram.
Facebook's services including WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram are currently down globally including India. This one looks like a massive outage, wherein users are not only able to receive messages, GIFs, media files and more but also unable to send messages.
